RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
DEETAGE - PERFORMANCE APPAREL
At DEETAGE, we want you to love the products you receive from us as much as we love creating them. Whether it's our men's wear, women's wear, or accessories, if you're not entirely satisfied, we're here to assist you throughout the return, exchange, or refund process.
Return and Exchange Eligibility
We offer a 21-day return window for all items on our site (excluding items discounted 20% or more).
All items being returned or exchanged must meet the following conditions. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the return being declined:
- Items must be unwashed and unworn.
- Items must be in their original packaging with all DEETAGE tags attached.
- Items with markings, pilling, or stains will not be accepted.
- Items with strong odors (e.g., smoke, cologne, detergent) will not be accepted.
- Hygiene Policy: Accessories such as caps, bottles, bags, and jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
- Bodysuits, socks, and other undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
Please note: Our 21-day warranty excludes normal wear and tear and damage caused by misuse or accidents.
How We Process Your Returns
If your item(s) meet our return conditions, we will issue a store credit to the email address associated with your order (excluding shipping costs).
- Store credits, coupon codes, and gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue.
- They can only be used once; any unused balance will not carry forward.
- We reserve the right to deny returns submitted after 21 days.
Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you have received an incorrect item, are missing an item from your order, or received a damaged item, please notify our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Return Shipping (Domestic Orders)
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team via our hotline.
- Free returns and exchanges are available only through our designated courier service.
- Store credits will be issued after inspection, provided all return conditions are met.
International Orders
For international returns or exchanges, please contact our support team at support@deetage.lk. We will guide you through the process.
Returns on Sale Items
Items discounted 20% or more are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items discounted less than 20% may be returned within the 21-day return window, provided all conditions are met.
